In this best selling book Simon Sinek motivational speaker and business consultant analyzes the framework needed to build a successful company through 3 key questions: Because? (Why) – what is your purpose/belief ; Like? (How) – what is your unique selling proposition ; What? (What) – what are the features of your product . Based on these assumptions, the author believes it is possible to find a safe way to become the reference in its market, bringing examples of large companies to demonstrate that great leaders do not sell their products and services based on what they do, but on the reason why do.
